UASECO Checkpoint tracker plugin for mp4

Since mp3 is no more here comes UASECO plugin for mp4.

Plugin description:
This is plugin for uaseco mp4 dedicated server controler.
It is tracking and displaying detailed information about players cp positions and times

Installation instructions:

1. unzip the archive in your uaseco root directory
2. edit uaseco's plugins.xml and include the following line: <plugin>plugin.checkpoint_tracker_live.php</plugin>
3. edit default widget values in checkpoint_tracker_live.xml file to fit your needs
4. restart uaseco

I updated it for mp4 uaseco since xaseco is no more.
