TMU Unlimiter

Yet another blockmixing tool has arrived: TMUnlimiter. Instead of reimplementing track loading and editing like has been done up to now, this tool actually patches the official, ingame track editor and removes the block placement limitations. This means that you can effectively make blocks overlap, place ground-only blocks in the air, etc... directly from the same editor you use to create the rest of your track!

TMUnlimiter patches your game in-memory; no files on your harddrive are modified. However, it will only work for TMUF and TMNF. Also, it was written targeting the current version of the game (2.11.26) and will probably keep working for a few versions, but... don't count on it working forever Smile

As usual, the tool is open source.

Usage: simply extract the two dll's and the exe to your TMUF/TMNF folder, and run the exe.

Changes in 0.2:
  • Fixed a crash when placing a block so that one of its clips lie outside the track area
  • Fixed a crash when placing air-only or underground-only blocks on ground
  • You now get a useful error message when game patching failed

btw its a very usefull tool but i found many bugs, it can't opes some maps for some reasons, probably because of the blocks outside building area, or ground blocks higher then z=0..

hey ppl

I tryed 'Tmu unlimiter' and its a great great inovantion for biult fast , i mean for make some mix.

i will explain how make correctly all etape for it work correclty

1) Downloand 'Tmu unlimiter' >>TMUnlimiter 0.2: blockmix straight from the official track editor

2) Unzip the files on your destock/screen ,there 4 files incoming after the unzipping >> 2 .dll ,1 .exe (red car icone), 1 text' read me' << read it !!

3) Cut / past the four files in C;/ programme(x86)/Tmforever or united

4) Clik on .exe (red car icone) and normaly it will open a Tm, after go in editor and try mix some block

its a beta tool i think, just read more info about this tool on Tmcreative

Nice ! It works fine for me. Won't help me to build rpg because im unskilled for that, but i like dirt mapping a lot :)

I tested with a lot maps and ever when i mixed with CE/TS a block down (z=0) and then wanted to open with TMunlimiter TM crashed. Also when I mixed blocks outside of the area. You can only open maps with TMun that have not more than the functions of TMun. So because of this is this program not the best, but for building short maps it

I should warn everyone using TMUnlimiter, by using it on the "Puzzle Campaign" and uploading your times on TMX or driving it Official for Skillpoints, will get you kicked or even banned...
