Story:

An unknown organisation acts in the background of Zijincheng in 1241. You have to infiltrate them and find out what they want to do. In the end you will find their plans and you are very shocked. If many of you like this map, the story will be continued by Zijincheng Part 2.

If you want to do it yourself...: Trackmania RPG blog: How to add an auto-downloadable mod to your track
Basically just delete the mod from your HDD, CTRL open the track in the editor and paste in the URl.
The reason your mod doesn't load anymore is because the brandwith has exceeded on fileden. Fileden is not a good place to host mods, so I would suggest taking the locator specified on the RPG Blog
