Hey,
After the cancellation of the highly anticipated iGn RPG cup, I have decided to take over the maps and organise a different kind of competition. The aim of the CRC is to bring some life back to the RPG community – here is the plan:
- 22 maps to start with
- 2 maps in TA per weekend – with coppers/tags to win
- some special events depending on the weekends (rounds, pathfinding, etc.)
- a leaderboard with potential additional monthly prizes
- an ongoing building "competition" to keep this project alive for as long as possible
The server still has to be defined, however the first hunting weekend will take place on the first weekend of January after new year's eve. The first two maps will be:
- Hérak's Doom, by Jurajojo
- Nkhotakota, by nunni

The weekly prizes will be defined by the amount of donations – I start with a rather small amount of coppers compared to previous contests so I will decide about the prizes by the beginning of the contest and update the post.

With the current pool of maps and another 2/3 WIP maps I was promised, there should be enough content for 3 months, which pushes the deadline for the first maps of the building contest to April, so you guys have got 4 full months to come up with some maps
