Hey guys! The 3rd edition of the RPG Spring Cup is about to start, so here is all the information and rules you need to know for this competition.
Registration:
- You only need to register if you want to participate in the duo special event (with 2 qualify spots). For everything else, just join the server and start playing.
- Deadline to register with your team: 17/06 00h
- To register on the duo special event, you need to send me a PM on this forum (don't make your team public) with this text:
Ps: IT'S NOT a DUO competition, it's a SOLO competition where one of the special events consists of DUO-teams.

Qualification System:
- 8 new hunting maps: The best time on every map (Local Records) will be qualified for the 2nd round.
- Also, Top1 Rank on Mappack 1 and 3 will be qualified for the 2nd round.
-The 4 first qualified drivers, will get a different group on the 2nd round (one will go to group A, another one to B, another one to C and the driver qualified with Toprank to D). After that, the rest of qualified drivers will get randomly a group.
- 3 special events with the option to qualify there.
*Duo map: Teams will consist of two players where they will need the partner to get the fastest time possible. The team with the lowest time combined (Player A + Player B times) will qualify for the 2nd round.
One member can only be in 1 team, so the same player can't be on 2 duo-teams or more.
Both members of the team have to finish the map at least once.
If the duo team that qualifies for the next round has an already qualified partner, then his partner + best time of the duo map will qualify.
*KO Map: Players will drive in Knock-Out mode, and they will have two days to hunt it before playing KO mode. Fastest time on the map will qualify, and the KO winner will qualify too (If the winner is already qualified, the best non-quali driver will qualify).
KO mode is played in ROUNDS where on every round, the slowest times of the round are kicked.
*Pathfinding map: On this event, two players will qualify, once again the fastest time on the map, and the first finisher of this map. Drivers can get any help from anyone excepting from the mapper and beta-testers.
- 16 players will qualify for the 2nd round.
- Builders can't qualify on their own map.
- An already qualified player, won't count on the next qualification maps.
- Order preference for quali spots: Top1 > Rank.. so if the same guy is 1st on Toprank and Local 1 on any map, he will qualify with the Local 1 time.
2nd Round:
- 4 groups of 4 players each.
-As said on the qualification part, the 4 first qualified drivers will get their own group, and then the rest qualified drivers will get a random group.
- Top2 on every group will qualify for the finals.
- If there's an equal result between 2nd and 3rd on any group, driver with the best rank out of the 3 maps will qualify. If it keeps being equal, the driver with most Local 1s will be ahead.
- Completely played in Time Attack mode.
- Points will be given like this:
Best local of the group: 10 points
2nd local of the group: 6 points
3rd local of the group: 3 points
Last local of the group: 1 point
Final:
- 1 group with 8 drivers.
- Played completely in Time Attack.
- Unqualified drivers can drive on the server, but they obviously won't count (For example if an unqualified driver gets Local 1, the qualified driver with the best time will get 10 points anyways).
- If there's an equal result between any finalists, the driver with the best rank out of 4 maps will be ahead. If it keeps being equal, the driver with most Local 1s will be ahead.
- Points will be given like this:
1st local: 10p
2nd local: 8p
3rd local: 6p
4th local: 5p
5th local: 4p
6th local: 3p
7th local: 2p
8th local: 1p
Rank:
There will be 18 maps available to drive.
Your best 16 results will count for the Toprank.
Top8 will get prizes.
Another rules:
- MT Cuts are not allowed.
- Cuts and altways are allowed.
- Cheating is NOT allowed, for anything.
- If you are the WR in any of the cup tracks, please, upload your replay to TMX.
- Also, upload your replay on the map you qualified.
- Qualified players will put Q in their nickname (optional).
- Builders can't qualify on their own map.
