i hope some of you can help me with this problem.
i want my TackMania 1 car in Trackmania 2 but i dont know how. some people say that you can copy paste but that isnt working. i also heard that the "model" of the TrackMania 2 car is different from the TrackMania 1 "model".

i want this car in TrackMania 2. It is a 2D model.

Copy Details.dds, DetailsDirty.dds, diffuse.dds and DiffuseDirty.dds into a tm2 stadium car zip.

it worked. just some questions to make sure i did it good xD

1) is this normal? that "color" behind the car in the selection bar.

2) the unedited .zip contains those files:

by Cappy.txt
Details.dds
DetailsDirty.dds
diffuse.dds
DiffuseDirty.dds
Icon.dds
Illum.dds
Mainbody.Solid.Gbx
MainbodyHigh.Solid.Gbx
ProjShad.dds

The edited .zip contains those files:

by Cappy.txt
Details.dds
DetailsDirty.dds
diffuse.dds
DiffuseDirty.dds

did i delete to much files?

1. Dont worry about that.
2. You just have to copy these files into the new zip. Dont delete anything.

i ment with deleting that i just copied the .zip from TM1 into TM2 and deleted all the except those 5 files:p.
i think that i didnt deleted to much or to less, else you whould have said it
