create a background

hello there,

i want to know how you get the background of the stadium. Is this a ".dds" file and is this under image or moods or what?
how called this file and so on...

I really found nothing from this (what all i looked for), so asked here.
I know, that this in tm

SkyColor file I believe. To make it more detailed you need a larger file and you need to know how to make it work

The hard part is making it work and look good. The file wraps around the inside of a sphere. The top and bottom blend into a single point like its being pulled into a blackhole. All black becomes transparent and reveilles stars behind it. So its all about finding where to place your image in the right resolution and how to not distort it. Even I have trouble with finding the right balance.
