Building Problems

I'm just building my own first Track and I want to use those small gaps, that you can hardly see. It looks, as if one "Stadium Circuit Base" is a little bit higher and so you can go under it.
But I have no idea, how to do it. Can anybody tell me, how to, please? ;(

maybe you accidentally placed a circuit base there, thats my only thought..
