Water block is always disappearing

What reasons can there be for this? It doesnt seem to matter how many blocks I add and it always disappears like the second time I load the map again.
Edit: Just to make it clear: Its a mixed waterblock in the air but it is only one where I have this problem.

is it in TM1 or TM2? IN TM2 you need to have a dirt block on the ground. This might help:

have you checked trackstudio to see if there's an invis block you wouldn't be able to see in normal editor ?

Im not that familiar with ts so Im not sure what you mean but I made some screens:

I use to cover the ground where holes appeared in the map and covered them with dirt block.
Here is some Dirt Block tricks I use. The Same idea might apply for water.
