Easter egg or part of route?

Guys,

Nearly finished a pretty big RPG track and have hit a quandary. I have 2 hidden parts to my track that are pretty big. Don't want to give it away, but you will know about them when driving the track in multiplayer, because you can see other people on them! In single player you wouldn't even notice. The question is: Should I stick a checkpoint on them to force people to find the hidden entrances, or, just leave them as an easter egg for 'those in the know'?

Track currently runs about 15/16mins and would add another 2 mins if forced to find them.

Thing is, they're a real treat as you can view parts of the track from them, that you haven't got to yet.. :)

You're the drivers, what's your preference?

a track with good easter eggs is like it is 2 tracks in one... I sincerely even prefere to hunt for eggs than to hunt a rec ^^
